Eligibility
Children with medical conditions likely to cause disability or developmental delay, or with delays,or with delays in the following areas, may be eligible:
- Physical Development (crawling, walking, seeing, hearing)
- Cognitive Development (learning skills or problem solving)
- Social and Emotional Development (playing with others, showing feelings)
- Adaptive Development (feeding, getting dressed)
- Communication (listening, talking, expressing oneself)
