Our Exit 318: Re-entry Program provides coordinated services designed to support men and women, 18 and older, who have been involved in the justice system to overcome the challenges of reintegrating into their communities following incarceration.
Eligible participants receive reentry services, including Case Management, Soft Skills Training, Job Readiness Training, Resume Building, Job Placement Assistance, Housing Assistance, Transportation Assistance, Legal Assistance, and more.
Participants are connected to resources within the local community to address immediate needs, including emergency food, food stamps, clothing, health insurance, SSI/SSDI, Referrals for Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Treatment, all of which ultimately contribute to their economic self-sufficiency and enhance their chances of becoming contributing members of society.
