Jason serves as an Assistant Vice President of Quality Enhancement and Compliance at Easterseals Louisiana, where he leads organization-wide efforts to ensure service excellence across housing, behavioral health, and disability support programs. He plays a central role in aligning agency operations with national accreditation standards, including CARF, and works to integrate data-informed quality improvement processes that advance participant outcomes, equity, and accountability.
Jason brings a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by his background in philosophy and project management. He oversees internal audits, policy development, training systems, and performance analytics across Easterseals Louisiana’s Support Coordination, Waiver, and Behavioral Health divisions. He is also a key strategist in standardizing documentation practices and strengthening compliance infrastructure across regions.
He is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on nonprofit management and ethical leadership, further enhancing his ability to lead high-impact, mission-aligned initiatives within the human services sector.
Outside of his professional role, Jason is a professional chorister and has sung as a tenor with Prima Vocal Ensemble since 2015.
