Durable Medical Equipment Donations

Easter Seals Louisiana accepts donations of Durable Medical Equipment for use in our Equipment Loan Program. Types of equipment accepted for donation vary, but include standard and motorized wheelchairs, walkers, canes and crutches to name a few items. Due to the hygienic nature of some equipment such as bed-side commodes and tub or shower benches, certain equipment may be rejected. To donate Durable Medical Equipment to Easter Seals Louisiana, contact an Easter Seals office in your area, or call the New Orleans Corporate Office at (504) 523-7325 or (800) 695-7325 and ask to speak to a staff member about making an equipment donation.
